Our approach is characterised by two things: openness and urgency. Openness means sharing all of our work openly with the client at the weekly update meeting to give the client a constant overview of the project’s progress, and to give us the regular feedback needed to adapt and improve our search process. Urgency is a state of mind. Taking on fewer projects allows us to focus laser-like on delivering the result that the client needs in the shortest possible timeframe.
At Archer Mann we approach every assignment as a unique project, requiring an individual approach with dedicated research to produce the best possible long list. We don’t simply take candidates from a database but research the target market with curiosity and an open mind to find the best possible person wherever they may be.
We work closely with our researcher team to ensure all possible candidates are identified and contacted. Our researchers have many years of experience, gained at the highest level of executive search.
Each project has a dedicated researcher who works exclusively on that assignment until it is successfully completed. The researcher is selected based on the experience and knowledge required for the specific assignment. All of our researchers have a minimum of fifteen years research experience, with a track record of identifying and engaging with senior executives.
They work directly with the Director to ensure that all avenues are covered and the right candidates approached.
